This design took a bit of trial and error to work through, but I am very happy with the end result. It is a fairly simple pattern to make, and requires 4mm and 6mm pearls, 4mm bicone crystals, and 11/0 seed beads. I made this design with both the smaller Czech 11/0 beads (the gold, aqua, and ivory version shown below) as well as larger TOHO 11/0 beads (bronze and green version), and although the design works with either, I think the smaller Czech 11/0 beads look a bit better. The close-up photo of both necklaces provides a good example of how different Czech and TOHO 11/0 bead sizes really are. I plan to include a pattern for matching earrings in my next post.
