Enjoy a step-by-step video tutorial to accompany the free PDF instructional diagram for this design! Using two colors of seed beads seems to work best: one that matches the center crystal and either gold or silver for the borders. In most cases I chose crystals that matched the center Rivoli crystal, but the green example came out nicely with different but complementary colors. This component is versatile, and can be used as a pendant, earrings, or bracelet center. You can even connect multiple components together into a necklace or connect one or more components with multiple strands. Have fun experimenting with color and connection combinations – I hope you enjoy this free beading pattern!
Materials
Each component requires 11/0 TOHO seed beads (2 colors), 14mm Rivoli crystal, and twelve 3x4mm rondelle crystals, plus two 6/0 seed beads and jump rings to connect bail, ear hooks, or bracelet strands. I used about 2 meters/yards of 6-lb Fireline with a size 11 beading needle to make each component.

Enjoy a step-by-step video tutorial to accompany the free PDF instructional diagram for this design! This component can work as a pendant or earring and is fairly quick and easy to make. Alternatively, you can make just the bottom part of the component for a shorter pendant or earring (not pictured). I hope you enjoy this free beading pattern!
Materials
For this pendant, you will need 11/0 TOHO seed beads, one 6/0 TOHO seed bead, seven 6mm round beads or pearls, and a bail or jump ring. (If making earrings, you will need twice as many round beads and seed beads, plus ear hooks instead of a bail). I used about 1.5 meters/yards of 6lb Fireline with a size 10 beading needle.

Enjoy a step-by-step video tutorial to accompany the free PDF instructional diagram for this design! I love this pendant, and had fun experimenting with different colors. Although there are “front” color and “back” color superduos, you see both equally in the piece. I found I liked irridescent or multi-colored superduos the best on the front (anything with a varied shiny finish), with a solid supporting color on the back. I hope you enjoy this free beading pattern!
Materials
For this pendant you will need two colors of superduos, 11/0 seed beads (TOHO or Czech), five 6/0 seed beads, and four 4mm crystals (bicone or round). You will also need a jump ring and a bail to connect the pendant to a cord or chain. I used 2 meters of 6 lb Fireline with a size 10 beading needle to construct each pendant.

Enjoy a step-by-step video tutorial to accompany the free PDF with instructional diagrams for this design. The original inspiration for this pendant was a peacock feather, but the design lends itself to colors outside of that. Now that Spring is here, I wanted to share a design that explodes with color, and this is it! Be brave and have fun experimenting with wild color combinations. I hope you enjoy this free beading pattern!
Materials
For this pendant, you will need these materials:
14mm Rivoli crystal (also known as Chaton crystal)
11/0 TOHO seed beads (or 11/0 Dynamite seed beads) in up to three colors
15/0 seed beads
superduos (two colors)
one 6/0 or 8/0 seed bead
Jump ring
Bail (or use a few larger jump rings as a bail)
Size 11 or 12 beading needle
2 meters of 6lb Fireline (or stringing material of your choice)
I used Rivoli crystals of varying quality – the cheaper ones (from Amazon.com) tend be thicker around the edge, but the pattern worked with both types. Below is a list of colors I used. (HL = Hobby Lobby, JWD = Jill Wiseman Designs, FMG = Fire Mountain Gems, AZ = Amazon.com, BB = Bobby Bead).

Enjoy a free video tutorial to accompany the PDF instructional diagram for this Snake Pendant design. After playing around with different methods to stitch curves with superduos and seed beads, I developed this cute pattern for a Snake Pendant. It has a beaded loop in the back as a hidden bail, so no jump rings are needed. I liked how superduos with a varied finish (like Picasso or Chalk) looked the best. I hope you enjoy this free beading pattern!
Materials
This pendant only requires sixteen superduo beads and 11/0 TOHO seed beads (two seed beads in a different color for the eyes – I used red). Photos below of the green snake pendant show how the back of the pendant has a beaded loop to act as a hidden bail. There’s no need for jump rings or bail findings for this pendant, just the cord or chain it will hang on.
