FREE beading pattern for necklace Stone Glam

This design uses 20mm pillow beads along with 4mm and 6mm round beads of natural stone (magnesite in this case), accented with 11/0 Czech copper seed beads and 4mm copper satin pearls.  I love the way the natural stone looks in this piece.  Enjoy!

FREE beading pattern for Coraled-V necklace

This pattern uses the coraling stitch, common in beading.  But what is unique about this pattern is the strand that makes the V-shape that the coral strands are attached to.  This strand is basically a modified spiral rope stitch with an extra stabilization row along the top to make it lie flat, and spaces on the bottom that are ideal for “sprouting” coral strands.  For this piece, I used black and copper 11/0 seed beads, 15/0 black seed beads for the stabilization row, and different colored drilled chips (blue, green, purple, and orange) for the coraled strands.

FREE beading pattern for Tribal Net necklace

I was fortunate to find some natural stone beads on clearance (20mm flat round green marble, and 5-6mm round green serpentine), and wanted to use one of the large flat beads as a center component in a necklace, accented with the matching green serpentine beads.  I like how matte bronze seed beads complement the dark grey-green color of this natural stone, so this is the design I came up with.  The strand is a basic netting pattern, which integrates nicely with the caged net around the center component.  The center component can also be adapted for earrings (though they are on the large side).  Enjoy!
