Enjoy a video tutorial to go with the PDF instructions for this design! This is my newest earring design, which bezels a 14mm rivoli crystal and frames it with 4mm round beads and seed beads. I love how using a slightly darker gold (or silver) for the 4mm beads gave this piece a “old world” feel, and made the crystal color pop. The way the superduo beads are incorporated into the frame gives it a lovely tear-drop shape. I hope you enjoy this free beading pattern!
Materials
Each earring requires a 14mm rivoli crystal, 15/0 and 11/0 seed beads of the same color, fourteen 4mm round beads, five superduo beads, and one 8/0 or 6/0 seed bead to connect an earhook via jump ring at the top. (Materials are also listed in the diagram image and PDF below).

Why are all your earrings patterns have ear hooks, I love your earring patterns, but I prefer ear posts. Can you tell me how I can do that with your earring patterns? I love to hear from you.
Thanks! I like connecting the finding (earhook, clip, or post) via jump ring, so I can change it out if needed (like convert pierced earrings to clip). Probably the easiest way to adapt my patterns to post is to find an earstud with a loop that you can put a jump ring through. I haven’t used those much because are less available than earhooks, but they exist. Something like this: https://www.firemountaingems.com/itemdetails/h204066fy . Hope that helps!
Thank you
These are lovely! thank you for sharing your creativity!
Love your patterns. Your instructions are great and easy to follow. Just one question, when you make the pdfs is it possible to add a photo of the finished product? I often look at the pattern and have difficulties imagining the finished product then I have to go to your website to find the finished product.
This is a good suggestion – I will incorporate that into future PDFs. Thank you!
